Aluminum Embossed Coil (Stucco) | Gengfei Manufacturer
Gengfei manufactures aluminum embossed coils—also called stucco embossed aluminum or aluminium embossed coil—for thermal jacketing, HVAC, refrigeration, decoration, and anti-slip applications. Compared with flat coils, our embossing increases rigidity, hides handling marks, and enhances aesthetics while keeping weight low. Order as roll aluminum coil or cut-to-length sheets with protective film.

Why Aluminum “Embossed” (Stucco) Coils
Embossing (orange-peel/stucco, diamond, etc.) creates a controlled micro-profile on the surface. This:
Boosts stiffness at the same gauge (better dent resistance vs. flat).
Masks scratches and oil canning—ideal for cladding and appliance liners.
Improves grip/anti-slip when used as checker/tread surfaces.
Aids heat transfer in some designs by raising effective surface area (select patterns).

Pattern Options
Stucco (Orange Peel)
The most popular stucco embossed aluminum for insulation jacketing, cold rooms, and appliance liners; excellent scratch-hiding and rigidity.
Diamond / Rhombus
Decorative diamond for luggage, signage, and architectural accents; also used on panels that need subtle anti-skid.
Hemispherical
Concave-convex spherical texture increases surface area and helps airflow/heat dissipation—used for automotive shields and HVAC.
Cobblestone / Hammer / Bean
Dense micro-dots, often on bright/mirror base, for lighting reflectors and interiors; high diffuse reflectivity.
Corrugated (Emboss-formed)
Profiled wave for lightweight roofing and cladding; 1060 for general, 3003 for anti-corrosion environments.
Tread / Checker (Five-Bar, Lentil, Compass)
Anti-slip patterns for floors, truck beds, stairs; 3003 H22 for anti-rust, 5052 for higher strength and marine.
Surface Finishes
Mill & Bright Finish
Clean, uniform; bright finish uses controlled rolling to enhance reflectivity.
Anodized
Electrochemically thickened oxide layer for corrosion and abrasion resistance; stable color and easy cleaning. Popular for refrigerator liners and cooling system panels.
Color-Coated (PE / PVDF)
Roll-coated, oven-cured layers (single/dual coat + varnish). Vivid colors with embossed texture for cabinets, appliances, and interior panels.
Kraft-Paper / Polymer Laminate
Hot-bonded kraft paper or polymer films (e.g., blue protective film, anti-corrosion laminates) for pipeline jacketing in refineries, power plants, and chemical facilities; improves barrier and handling.
Applications
HVAC & Thermal Jacketing: pipelines, ducts, tanks, cold rooms
Refrigeration & Appliances: refrigerator liners, freezer panels, disinfection boxes
Building & Decoration: interior panels, ceiling, facade accents, corrugated roofing
Transport & Machinery: covers, housings, engine shields, anti-slip floors
Lighting & Solar: reflector trays, lamp housings, solar reflective panels

FAQs
Q1: Is “aluminium embossed” the same as stucco embossed aluminum?
“Aluminium embossed” is the general term; stucco (orange-peel) is the most common pattern. We also supply diamond, hemispherical, cobblestone, corrugated, and tread.
Q2: What emboss depth should I choose?
0.10–0.15 mm works for most jacketing; go deeper for more texture/rigidity or where scratch-hiding is critical.
Q3: Can you supply roll aluminum coil and cut sheets?
Yes—full coil aluminium (505 mm ID), slit strip, and cut-to-length sheets with PVC film.
Q4: What’s the difference between 3003 and 5052 for embossed coil?
3003 offers economical anti-rust for HVAC panels; 5052 adds higher strength and superior corrosion resistance for marine or load-bearing panels.
Q5: Do you offer anodized or color-coated embossed coils?
Yes—anodized for abrasion/corrosion, PE/PVDF color for decorative panels. We provide adhesion and salt-spray test reports on request.
Q6: Typical lead times and MOQs?
Stock specs can ship fast; custom colors/patterns usually require an MOQ (confirm with our sales team).
Q7: What standards do you meet?
Base coil to ASTM B209 / EN 485 / GB/T 3880; coating per applicable standards; inspection reports provided with shipment.
Q8: Do you laminate kraft paper or polymer films?
Yes—kraft-paper clad and polymer (blue) film laminates for pipeline insulation and anti-corrosion projects.
