Our 1050 aluminum coil is a high purity aluminum product with an aluminum content of at least 99.5%, belonging to the 1xxx series (commercially pure aluminum). It has excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent formability. Its softness and ductility make it an ideal choice for applications that require complex forming and finishing. It is widely used in industries that have high requirements for purity and reliability, such as the electrical and electronics industry, food and pharmaceutical packaging industry, aerospace and high-precision manufacturing industry, etc.

Excelente resistencia a la corrosión: Pure aluminum forms a self-healing aluminum oxide layer that resists rust and chemical attack in wet or acidic environments.

Excellent Formability: The soft state (O) can be deep drawn, bent and stamped into complex shapes without cracking. Ideal for complex designs.

High Purity and High Conductivity: 99.5% aluminum ensures excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it suitable for conductive applications.

Lightweight and Strong: Low density combined with a good strength-to-weight ratio (tensile strength of 60-100 MPa in the annealed state).

Good Weldability: Can be easily welded using a variety of techniques.

Not Heat Treatable: Strength cannot be increased by heat treatment. Strengthening is achieved by cold working.

Smooth Surface Finish: Typically has a bright and clean surface.

Rentable: Can be produced at a lower cost than alloy aluminum coils (e.g. 3xxx, 5xxx series) while maintaining core properties.
